Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and fix boundaries for the land, to an extent of 38.50 Ares bearing Survey No.136/2A, situated at Chettykuppam Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District, by considering the petitioner's application/representation dated 13.03.2023 and 05.09.2024 respectively.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his property situated in S.No.136/2A, with an extent of 38.50 ares situated at Chettykuppam Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District, by considering his online application dated 13.03.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the patta for the above mentioned property stands in the name of the petitioner's father Ranganadan in Patta No.387. He died leaving behind petitioner and his siblings. The petitioner submitted an online application on 13.03.2023 seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who 2/4

takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 13.03.2023 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
