This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing respondents 3 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2023, wherein and whereby, the petitioner sought for fresh enquiry to issue patta in his favour for the property in S.No.1178/4 measuring an extent of 12 cents.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to respondents 3 to 5 to conduct fresh enquiry and issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the subject property.

Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents submitted that respondents 3 to 5 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs respondents 3 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner's dated 17.03.2023 and to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to all the interested parties, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
