ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the courts below against the order dated 22.07.2024 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai in C.A.No.711 of 2023 and confirming the order passed by the Fast Track Court No.1 Metropolitan Magistrate Level Allikulam, Chennai in CC.No.4876 of 2021 dated 16.10.2023 convicted and sentenced to undergo one year simple imprisonment and directed to pay the cheque amount as fine within one month from the date of judgment in default to undergo three months simple imprisonment pending disposal of the criminal revision.
2. In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3396 of 2025 dated 16.07.2025, granting suspension of sentence, no further order is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
