ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No. 30896 of 2024, dated 27.02.2025.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Division Bench passed an order on 20.11.2025 in WA.3484 of 2025, directing

the respondents to deposit the entire compensation amount within a period of three weeks in the Court. An interim order was also granted. 3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive his claim depending upon the final orders to be passed in the pending writ appeal.
