O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law in Crime No.154 of 2024 and file a final report within a stipulate time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions would submit that the final report would be filed within a period of six months.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the FIR has been registered as early as on 10.06.2024, the respondent is directed to file final report within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
