This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings for deliberately violating the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.9499 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024.

2. Perusal of the order dated 28.06.2024, it can be seen that the direction was the child should not be discontinued in between and the School Authorities were directed to ensure that the child completes the first standard and the opportunity was given to the School to contend with reference to the second standard. The child was accordingly continued till the first standard and thereafter, it was not permitted to join. Though the arguments can be made on both sides, in view of the fact that now the punishment against the petitioner is being set aside simultaneously in W.P.No.9499 of 2024, it is now stated that the child is studying in some other private school in the second standard.

3. Considering that the petitioner himself is having difficulty with the Management and was facing disciplinary proceedings, in the best interests of the child, when the child is studying in the second standard, I am not inclined exercise to the contempt jurisdiction against the respondents, more specifically in the best interest of the child.
