ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned Special Government Pleader, based on the instructions given by Revenue Tahsildar, would submit that after conducting survey, encroachments are identified. Section 7 notice was issued and thereafter,

final order under Section 6 also came to be passed. Aggrieved encroachers preferred appeal under Section 10 before the District Collector. After disposal of the appeal, all further actions will be initiated.

2. It is made clear that all the encroachments identified are directed to be removed subject to the final order to be passed by the District Collector in the pending appeal filed under Section 10 of the Tamilnadu Land Encroachment Act.
