Crl.O.P.No.27855 of 2017 N. ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court by an Order dated 01.10.2018, had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, to dispose of the case in D.V.A.No.3 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam has requested this Court to grant further period of one month to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of one month from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
