This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.970 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned V Metropolitann Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 17.02.2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
