When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.869 of 2019 on 14.10.2019 under Sections 294 (b) & 323 of IPC and under Section 75 of the Tamil Nadu City Police Act.
