Heard Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.869 of 2019 on 14.10.2019 under Sections 294 (b) & 323 of IPC and under Section 75 of the Tamil Nadu City Police Act.
