This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition to appear before Mappedu Police Station, Thiruvallur, instead of the petitioner shall stay at Tuticorin and report before the Inspector of Police, South Police Station, Tuticorn, daily at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner suffered with Cardiac arrest and admitted in Tuticorin Government Hospital and subsequently, shifted to Government Hospital, Thiruvallur for further treatment. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3. Learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that pursuant to the anticipatory bail granted by this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the Police only for two days and thereafter, he did not comply with the condition. Hence, he vehemently opposed this petition. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.
