This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in S.C.No.63 of 2011 pending trial on the file of the Learned Principal Subordinate Judge and Assistant Sessions Judge at Coimbatore.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the examination of witnesses is completed in S.C.No.63 of 2011 and that the case is posted for arguments today (i.e.09.03.2023).

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor confirmed the said fact.

4. In view of the fact that the trial is at the advanced stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
