[Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ of Mandamus has been instituted to direct the first respondent to conduce enquiry against the respondents 4 to 6 and take appropriate action against them.
2.With reference to the complaint filed by the petitioner, Mr.C.K.Chandrasekar, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry would submit that the complaint has already been taken on file in No.486/2024 and all necessary actions are initiated and notice was issued to the parties. He would further submit that after consideration, appropriate decision will be taken by following the procedures as contemplated under law. Such actions are directed to be initiated as expeditiously as possible. 3.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
