Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to survey the land in Survey No.193/2A2, measuring a total extent of 0.36.50 hectares of Punja agriculture land (Acre 0.90 Cents), situated at Kunnathur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District along with the aid of the third respondent.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to survey her property situated in S.No.193/2A2 with an extent of 0.36.50 hectares at Kunnathur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she purchased the above mentioned property under a registered sale deed dated 18.06.2022. Thereafter, she submitted online application on 12.06.2024 in Application No.2024/0123/31/002941 seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner before this Court. 2/5

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 12.06.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
