The present application is taken out for renewing the terms of the office of the applicant as a Trustee of the endowments made in 1911. The affairs of the Trust is governed by a scheme decree made in the suit on 01.10.1963. The scheme has provided for appointment of a Trustee initially for a period of three years and does not spell out as to what exactly has to be done after the expiry of three years. Hitherto, whoever is in the office of the Trust, gets a renewal triennially by the court and this application is one such that falls in the same class of earlier applications.
