2. Mr.M.Sriram, learned counsel for the applicant would state that the suit property is situated at Mylapore, Chennai and the sale agreement was also entered into at SRO, Mylapore. According to the learned counsel, the entire cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and this application has been filed since the respondent is permanently residing in France.
