It appears that the Arbitrator could not commence proceedings owing to the intervening time period of Covid - 19 pandemic. Thereafter, he fell sick and underwent an operation. Now proceedings have commenced.

2.This application has been filed seeking extension of time by six months for completion of the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal.

3.Time is granted till 30.06.2023.

This Application is allowed accordingly.
