The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.09.2023 for the offence under Sections 452, 354(A) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, on the file of the respondent Police, in Crime No.433 of 2023, seeks bail.

2.It is stated that the petitioner had committed sexual offence against the grandmother of the defacto complainant. 3.The petitioner also appeared to have fixed a camera and watched the entire house through his mobile.

4.The investigation is still pending. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
