2. On being satisfied with the reasons given in the petition and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 24.04.2019, the petitioner is directed to appear before learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpet, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C., to recall NBW already issued against him.

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 24.04.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.10921 of 2019, shall remain intact.
