The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18021 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 A.M., for a period of three months. Accordingly ordered.
