The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to pay family pension to the Petitioner on the demise of the deceased husband of the Petitioner, viz., A.Vedagiri, who died on 08.03.2016.
2. Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has been granted pension regularly. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also accepts the same and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
