This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed in W.P.No.11064 of 2018 dated 01.11.2018 has not been complied with.

2. This Court, in the said order, directed the first respondent therein who is the respondent herein, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.

3. The learned senior central government standing counsel appearing for the respondent today, submitted that the respondent has passed an order on 08.11.2019 and communicated the same to the petitioner as well. A copy of the said order is also placed before this Court. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the order, it is for them to work out their remedy against the said order before the appropriate forum.

4. In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, by disposing the representation, this contempt petition is closed.
