This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10359 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.9415 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024 by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, Vadipatti Taluk Police Station, Madurai District on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. He would further submit that investigation has been completed and PRC number has been assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengam.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this 1/4

Court in Crl.M.P.No.10359 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.9415 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengam, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
