..Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint the employee of the Applicant viz Mr.Devakirubai Daniel S., Assistant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Manager as Receiver to seize and take possession of the Vehicle which is

more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondents men, agents, servants from respondent premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

Application coming on this day before this court for hearing and the Court made the following order:

By order dated 31.10.2019, this Court had appointed one Mr.Devakirubai Daniel S, of the applicant company, as a receiver to seize the vehicle covered under the contract.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the receiver appointed by this Court, seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant.
