2. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.No.17154 of 2024 has been filed to return the passport bearing No. G9403429 of the petitioner which was submitted before this Court as per the condition imposed in the order of the suspension of sentence passed in Crl.M.P.No.3249 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.182 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020.

3. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.M.P.No.17156 of 2024 has been filed to return the passport bearing No. Z4459343 of the petitioner which was submitted before this Court as per the condition imposed in the order of the suspension of sentence passed in Crl.M.P.No.3250 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.183 of 2020 dated 20.03.2020.

4. Pending the abovesaid Criminal Appeals, this Court vide order dated 20.03.2020 in Crl.M.P.Nos.3082, 3249 & 3250 of 2020, directed the respective petitioners to surrender their passport before this Court. Accordingly, the petitioners surrendered their passport. Further the petitioners have filed Criminal appeals in Crl.A.Nos. 167, 182 & 183 of 2020 against the order of the trial court. This Court , while disposing the criminal appeals, vide order dated 25.09.2024, setaside the conviction and sentence passed by the trial court and acquitted the appellants, who are the petitioners herein.

5. In view of the above, the criminal miscellaneous petitions are allowed with a direction to the Registry to return the passports to the respective petitioners forthwith.
