Crl.M.P. No.14571 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.20570 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No. 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.20570 of 2024 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am, until further orders vide order dated 23.08.2024 on the file of the respondent police 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
