By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of her application dated 06.06.2022.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that she is entitled to 1/3rd share in the land situated in S.F.Nos.41/1 and 41/2 in Oduvampalayam Village, Kuppandapalayam Post, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District. The petitioner acquired right over 1/3rd share in the above mentioned land under a Settlement Deed dated 21.01.2016. Later, it came to the knowledge of the petitioner that the above mentioned land has been sub-divided without notice to her. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 1st respondent dated 06.06.2022 seeking cancellation of the sub-division made behind her back and restoration of the revenue records as it stood prior to the sub-division. The same has not been considered by the 1st respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that already enquiry has been conducted on the representation submitted by the petitioner and further enquiry is posted on 01.11.2024.

5. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
