Ramana v. State Rep.By
Crl.OP.No.28874 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.28874 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.
The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.410 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the coaccused in an inebriated condition attacked the de-facto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is an habitual offender against whom there are 3 previous cases pending and hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
