The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, after verifying the records submits that the warrant issued by the learned III Additional Family Court Judge against the 2nd respondent has been recalled by the trial Court on 07.10.2023 and therefore, nothing survives in this Petition.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
