ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for their willful disobedience of the order dated 30.06.2023 passed by this Court in W.P. No.19495 of 2023.

2. In view of the rejection of the college's approval, a proposal seeking for approval for appointment by order dated 08.11.2023, disobedience alleged cannot be termed willful. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 08.11.2023.
