O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.115 of 2024 on the file of the respondent dated 30.04.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is involved in online trade and since transactions took place all over India, they are unable to complete the investigation.
4. Considering the serious nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to stipulate time to complete the investigation, as it requires some invisible materials to be collected by the respondent police and it is difficult to fix the outer time limit for completion of investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow the Criminal Original Petition. However, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation as early as possible and file a final report.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 05.11.2024 mfa Index:Yes/No
