ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to comply with the order dated 14.08.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam in Crl.M.P.No.2667 of 2024. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam, in Crl.M.P.No.2667 of 2024, by an order dated 14.08.2024, directed the second respondent to register the FIR and proceed further. However, so far the second respondent did not register the FIR.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to register the FIR as directed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam, forthwith and proceed with the investigation.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
