ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 5 herein to remove the Road Side Eatery Shop run by the 6th respondent right in front of the petitioner's property bearing Door No.31 and 32, Thirumalai Nagar, 200 ft. Inner Ring Road, Kolathur, Chennai- 600 099 within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the 6th respondent and conduct enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing

dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
