O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking for a certiorarified mandamus, challenging selection list for the post of Laboratory Assistant published by the 1 st respondent on 13.04.2017 in so for as Respondent 2 to 5 are concerned and to issue an appointment order to the petitioner herein as Laboratory Assistant in Tiruvarur District under SC(A).

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the 1 st respondent is present.

3. When the mater was listed on 06.10.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 27.10.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e., on 27.10.2023, when the matter is called for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the cause does not survive any more for the petitioner and that being the reason, the petitioner is not intending to prosecute the case.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
