Application No.5471 of 2022 is filed seeking extension of time to file the Application to carry out the amendment of death of the first defendant in the plaint in T.O.S. No.2 of 2008. Application No.5472 is filed to carry out the amendment of death of the first defendant in the plaint in T.O.S. No.2 of 2008. 2.On 08.09.2022, learned counsel for defendants 1 to 5 filed a memo stating that the first defendant Muniammal died leaving D2 to D5 as her legal heirs. Therefore, this Court directed the plaintiffs to take appropriate steps for amending the plaint. These Applications are now filed for the aforesaid prayer.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and also the fact that the amendment is absolutely necessary, both the applications are allowed.
