This petition has been filed to call for the entire records of the FIR in Crime No.228 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed against the Calendar Case, dated 29.12.2017, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Vellore, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.
