This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 247 days in representation of the above Civil Revision Petition in A.S.No.44 of 2016 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the no objection having been stated by the learned counsel for the respondents, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
