This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11641 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17348 of 2024 dated 20.08.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition modified by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11641 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.

17348 of 2024 dated 20.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
