Petitioner herein apprehending influence by the police from carrying on spa business has filed the present petition.

2. This Court is of the view that, police has every right to take inspection of the premises if they carry on illegal activities. As far as this case is concerned, police has called for some documents from the petitioner. Instead of furnishing those documents, petitioner has come to this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. 3.Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, petitioner herein is directed to furnish the details sought by the police and satisfy them in accordance with law.
