O R D E R

The writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to receive the report from the 2nd respondent and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.08.2021, within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court after giving opportunity to the petitioner.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's appeal dated 26.08.2021, has already been disposed of by the second respondent. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous and the cause of filing the present writ petition does not survive any more.

3. With the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. The writ petitioner, if aggrieved by the said order is at liberty 2/4

to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
