To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Order passed by the 3rd Respondent in Pa.ka.No.1/91 dated 28/10/1992 as confirmed by the rrespondent-1 in Mu.Mu.No.35626/E4/92 dated 05/11/1993 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioners as Headmaster of the 3rd Respondent School, which all benefits. JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant, who seeks an adjournment to seek instructions in the matter. We are not inclined to adjourn the matter inasmuch as the judgment of the learned Single Judge was delivered 18 years hence. 2.The present position being not informed to the Court, we are not inclined to keep it pending. However, without prejudice to the rights of the appellant to move an appropriate application in case the issue still survives, the Writ Appeal is consigned to records with the above observation. Consequently, C.M.P.No.23655 of 2019 is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
