This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.29 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned counsel for the Government (Crl.Side) representing the 1st respondent would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.29 of 2016. After conducting enquiry, action was dropped on the above stated crime number.
