This application has been filed seeking to reconstitute a new Arbitral Tribunal and further extend the mandate of newly constituted Arbitral Tribunal for a period of six months from the date of disposal of this application by this Court. 2.The third respondent in the application had been appointed as a Sole Arbitrator by this Court in and by its order dated 20.11.2020. 3.When this application had come up for hearing on 08.03.2023, notice was directed to serve upon the Arbitrator/third respondent in this application and he was directed to file a Report and the application was directed to be listed on 24.03.2023. 4.When the application came up for hearing today, a representation was made on behalf of the Arbitrator/third respondent that he has no objection in the application being allowed.

pam 6.Considering the averments made in the application and also no objection from the respondents, Mr.B.Ullasa Velan, Advocate, Old No.27 New No.32, Ayalur, Muthiah Street, Kondithope, Chennai - 600 079 (Mobile No.94441 41230) is appointed as an Arbitrator to enter upon reference denova and adjudicate dispute interse parties.

7.Considering the fact that the earlier order of appointment was made on 20.11.2020, the Arbitrator is requested to expeditiously dispose of the dispute preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.The other terms of the order dated 20.11.2020 shall be continued and accordingly this application is ordered.
