This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24857 of 2022 on 14.10.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
