The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 381 of IPC in Crime No.117 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that the petitioner had already been granted anticipatory bail on 05.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8783 of 2023 by a learned Single Judge of this Court, but however, the petitioner had not executed the sureties as prescribed. Now, the petitioner has again filed this second anticipatory bail petition before this Court, which is not maintainable. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
