sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that final report has been filed and taken on file by the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Tiruvarur, in C.C.No.02 of 2023. Further, he submits that since the accused died and charges levelled against him stand abated, the case in C.C.No.02 of 2023 itself was closed on 06.06.2023. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
