This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 22.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12654 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.15611 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
