This application has been filed by the two daughters of a predeceased daughter. The suit has been filed seeking partition and separate possession. Earlier, another daughter had filed A.No. 4945 of 2022, seeking to implead her as a defendant. That application was allowed on 08.11.2022. The applicant therein was impleaded as the 6th defendant in the suit.

2. The present application follows on the same lines. It had been filed by the daughters of a pre-deceased daughter. The same rights are claimed that they should be heard before any order is passed with reference to the partition of the property.

3. Taking into consideration that it would only be appropriate that all the necessary parties are heard prior to the passing of any decree, the application stands allowed.
