ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct respondents 1 & 2, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2025, whereby, he sought to delete the entry regarding the cancellation of exchange deed dated 11.02.2019 in Doc.No.1968/2019 in the books of Sub-Registrar Office with suitable entries in the books and Encumbrance Certificate. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.05.2025 has not been considered by the respondents 1 & 2, so far.

4.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ

petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents 1 & 2, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.05.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried out by the respondents 1 & 2 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
