ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order in No.1145/ 2017/ B3 dated 13.7.2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the 3rd respondent to collect the compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- from the 4th respondent or from the so-called village committee and to pay the same to the petitioner.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is died and legal heirs are not interested in continuing this writ petition.
